nce the following three projects: 1) a 160-bed prison industries dormitory at the Sussex Correctional Institution; 2) a 300-bed pre-trial facility at the Sussex Correctional Institution; and 3) a 900-bed maximum security facility at the Delaware Correctional Center. The DDOC does not currently have plans to use award funds for drug testing and interventions.
