Project Summary for 1996-LB-VX-K002 s8
The purpose of this project is to continue to assist the National Institute of Justice in the surplus Property Program. The project will provide the interface for NIJ with the Law Enforcement Support Offices (LESO), Defense Logistics Agency, and Offices of the Secretary of Defense and Department of the Army; coordinate on surplus property matters; maintain currency with developments in these programs and revise manuals and JUSTNET; assist the NIJ's regional law enforcement and corrections technology centers in all matters related to the acquisitions of Defense Personal Property for Law Enforcement.
