Dr. Jacob Cramer is the Senior Director of Analytics & Insights at ForceMetrics, where he partners with law enforcement agencies to bridge the gap between research, data, and real-world decision-making. His work focuses on translating complex operational challenges into actionable analytics, enabling agencies to implement, evaluate, and scale evidence-based strategies.
He previously founded and led the Analysis Division at the Tucson Police Department. He also led federally funded research and evaluation projects at RTI International, supporting agencies and federal partners on data, technology, and strategy initiatives. Dr. Cramer is a 2019 NIJ LEADS Civilian.
