Officer Mendez and Officer Burns have just been dispatched to an accident on a rural road. There is an injury accident involving a pick-up truck and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle is an elderly white male who is unconscious and lying on the side of the road.
The pick-up truck has come to rest after colliding with a tree. There are two men, a woman, and a child of about three years of age near the pick-up truck. All are from Mexico and speak very little English.
