Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2017, $335,040)

Under the proposed effort, the Allegheny County Office of the Medical Examiner will become the only public agency to have NAME accreditation in Pennsylvania, and will become the first medical examiner’s office in the country to hold both NAME and ISO 17020 accreditation through the NAME/ANAB strategic alliance.
