Innovations in Measuring Community Perceptions Challenge: Submission Form

Description

Contestants will use the form below to enter NIJ's Innovations in Measuring Community Perceptions Challenge. The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2023, 11:59 p.m. ET.

Teams are allowed to compete in all of the categories/sub-categories; however, each will be a submission and the contents of each submission must be unique. Teams are allowed (and encouraged) to use the same team name.

SECTION II - Document Uploads

If there are any issues with the file types or contents of the documents, your submission will be considered incomplete and we will not be able to accept it. If an applicant makes more than one submission in the same subcategory, only the most recent submission will be accepted and all prior submissions will be disqualified. Please see the Challenge website for more details about the documents to be uploaded.

Allowed types: csv, txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt, ppt, pptx, odp, xls, xlsx, ods.
Please provide a document that lists the first and last name of every individual on the team or the company name along with the percentage of prize money allocated to that individual or company if money is won. The Team Roster must indicate what category you are applying to compete in.

Any file that contains macros (or similar executable code will be disqualified).

Please provide a document that lists the first and last name of every individual on the team or the company name, individuals’/representatives’ signatures, along with the percentage of prize money allocated to that individual or company if money is won.

Please provide a document not exceeding 12 pages (12 pt. font; double spaced) that contains the submission to be judged

Allowed types: csv, txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt, ppt, pptx, odp, xls, xlsx, ods.
Please provide a document that only contains the following information:
  • A bibliography of all cited work
  • A budget document that contains a clear, detailed, and well-justified accounting of the anticipated cost to implement the proposed survey or measure
  • Biographical sketches of the team members
The three bulleted sections above will not count towards the 12-page submission limit. Any additional sections not listed will count towards your 12-page submission limit.

Deadline for submission is at 11:59 p.m. eastern on July 31, 2023.
