The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner Regional Scientific Laboratory has seen a constant and significant increase in DNA casework over the last few years and requests funds to increase the capacity of the DNA laboratory by purchasing several pieces of equipment. These pieces of equipment represent the latest technologies in the field and will result in an increased efficiency in the laboratory. GAM No. 1 and 2 add to the project's description which allows for the procurement of supplies needed to complete validation and staff training on awarded equipment.
