The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will use this funding to provide overtime and training to staff. Overtime for the database and latent print staff will allow them to generate lists of offenders that need fingerprint confirmation, to conduct that confirmation, and finally to mark the criminal history. In addition, CBI will pay for training of database staff to conduct this fingerprint comparison going forward.
