Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2017, $262,500)
The City of Albuquerque - Police Department will use this funding to select, purchase, and implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) allowing the laboratory to move away from the current manual case management process to a unified IT/data driven tracking system.
Implementation will begin with an initial evaluation of the laboratorys many legacy case management systems. Based on the current state review, modifications of the purchased LIMS will be implemented and an upload of compatible converted legacy data will be performed.
