As submitted by the proposer: The University of Baltimore, a non-profit public educational institution, on the behalf of the University of Baltimore School of Law will conduct case reviews, to locate evidence and perform DNA analysis of biological evidence in cases in which DNA testing has the potential to exonerate defendants who were wrongly convicted of violent crimes in a Maryland state court. ca/ncf
