This workshop will provide an overview of the admissibility topic and useful information on how to address these challenges. Admissibility standards being applied to forensic science disciplines are creating new challenges for individual analysts when providing expert witness testimony. In addition, analysts are being held to a higher standard in justifying the science of their respective disciplines. Therefore, it is imperative that the individual analyst be as conversant as possible in these ever-evolving standards.
