PROJECT SUMMARY FOR 95-IJ-CX-0003
The Attorney General has requested a thorough and detailed review ì
of the United States Trustee (UST) Program. The study has two ì
primary objectives. First, the study will assess the strengths ì
and weaknesses of the current UST structure. Second, the study ì
will evaluate the feasibility of improving the UST Program by ì
implementing an alternative administrative and management ì
structure that relies on greater involvement of the private ì
sector in managing UST activities.
